AS1926.1 is critical to the swimming pool and spa industry and the proposed changes to the draft standard include several new requirements that have the potential to impact your business. Amongst a raft of changes to the Standard, a key area for Landscape Designers to review is the Clause 2.2.6 Plants within a NCZ section.
LDI Fellow, Karen Staunton-Ross, and SPASA Chief Policy Officer, Spiros Dassakis have been attending regular meetings with industry representatives and advocating on behalf of our industries' to improve the standard.
It is imperative that members and stakeholders take this opportunity to gain a better understanding of how changes in the draft standard may impact the swimming pool and spa industry.
