Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025
LDI's 19th AGM will be held on 6 November 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Landscape Design Institute (Aust.) is to be held virtually (via Zoom) on Thursday 6 November 2025 at 5pm AEDT. We value your involvement with LDI, hence members are encouraged to register to attend this yearly meeting.
At this AGM, you'll have the opportunity to:
- learn about the organisation's performance over the past year,
- ask questions of the current Directors (via prior submission)
- participate in the appointment of your leadership team for the up-coming year.
An election will be held during this meeting for the vacancies on the Board for the 2025-26 term of the 19th LDI National Council in accordance with the provisions of LDI's Constitution.

Should you wish to bring any business before this meeting relating to activities in the 2024/25 financial year, you must give notice in writing via email. All queries raised during the General Business section of the AGM will be answered if possible or else taken on notice for response at the earliest convenience afterwards.
Board & Committee Nominations
LDI is seeking nominations for the vacant positions on the Board of Directors for 2025-26. Written nominations for election to the National Council as office-bearers of the Institute or as ordinary Council members must be submitted to the National Administrator by 5pm AEDT Thursday, 30 October 2025.
After the election of nominated candidates to the National Council, any vacant positions still remaining may either be received at the AGM or subsequently filled as a casual vacancy as per the Constitution.

A suitable candidate must be a financial member of LDI in order to be eligible for election. Any financial member may nominate another eligible member as a candidate for election, provided the nominated member accepts the nomination and is supported by a second LDI member.
